Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you're looking to clean up messes quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mop I tested had excellent mapping and navigation. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, as well as wires that were strung up.
They're also simple to use with an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the best robot mop and vacuum. It comes with the most recent features. This top-of-the-line vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up pet hair and human dander nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a miniature map of your home and some on-screen buttons to control the device manually.

Another standout feature of the S8 is its ability to alter its cleaning mode in accordance with the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.
It comes with a range of other innovative features also, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop roller, without having you to manually refill it. You can also make use of voice commands using the S8's built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular control options with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those looking for a hands-free robot vacuum that also has mopping capabilities. It's one of a variety of combo robot vacuums that also include mops but is priced at a lower price than the majority of competitors.
As with most robovacs the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get it started. This involves setting up an account on the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot can begin mopping and vacuuming with ease.
It is important to note that the mapping process can take a while, and it may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. In addition, object detection can be hit or miss; it was able to get around furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn its back to release itself. These are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those who need an appliance that can do all of the above.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features the ability to rotate in a manner like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned, not just being swept. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game changer that allows you to reach spots even robot vacuums can't.
This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you modify a variety of settings, including scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum as well as the mop returning to their charging base after each job to wash their pads and empty their dust bins and put the waste in a self-sealing bag. This keeps the system clean and prevents allergens recirculating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the premium robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the money. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for carpets and hard floors, and great obstacles-avoiding. It also features a unique mopping method that uses a roller constantly misting with water to capture dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well and was able to navigate close to walls without crashing and avoiding steps. It struggled with small particles and did not always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model might not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.
Like most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and allows the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with the regular schedule. Eufy's app lets you manage all of its functions. It gives you a clear overview with plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot mowers available, and it offers amazing mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Read Far more mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with a reasonable precision. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, create no-go zones and alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's brush is designed to stop hair from wrapping around it. This is an issue with a lot of robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that rotate at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N downward pressure. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, lifting these pads upward when they're close to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free center for maintenance, automatically washing and drying the mops, and refilling them with detergent and water. The base station comes with an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more than the S8 and does a great job of keeping my home office tidy. It is also able to reach all corners of my tiny apartment. It uses laser mapping and camera to create a 3D map of your home, so it knows what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other fantastic features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching brush that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.
It has the same multi-room smart mapping feature as the S8 and can differentiate between carpets and laminate with high-pile carpets. It can also skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to save time. If you have a variety of flooring in your house and don't want to spend extra money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features, this is an excellent option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this robot is a good option. It has a wide range of features like a self-emptying dustbin, a separate water refill dock, and adjustable settings in the app. It's extremely quiet and can navigate around furniture legs and socks with ease. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up and its battery drains faster than other models we tried.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerful unit that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests of vacuuming, but overall it did well. It has a range of cleaning modes, from the quiet mode with low power for light debris to the incredibly powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to remove and reconnect its mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for people who live in cramped spaces. It's extremely quick and quiet and can maneuver tight spaces with ease. It also does a excellent job of pulling pet hair off carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent suction capacity and can be programmed to take pictures of every object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys), and mark them in the app as "not located' so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure and are not linked to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, however it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes you clip to the bottom of the bot and then it drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal which have water reservoirs, and automatically wash and attach their mophead.
