Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
If you need to clean up your mess quickly, a robot vacuum cleaner and mop is the best way to go. The best robot vacuums and mops I've tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation and are able to pick up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
They're also easy to use with an application that lets you plan cleaning tasks and see what they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop with bleeding-edge features, take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This model of the highest quality is quick and agile and can pick up dirt such as human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a mini map of your house and a few buttons on the screen for manual control.
Another notable feature is the S8's ability to adjust its cleaning mode according to dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas get the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
The mop roller has a number of other smart features, such as docks that connects to the plumbing system in your home to clean and wash it without having to manually refill the mop. With the built-in voice assistant of the S8, you can use voice commands to specify room cleaning modes and the ability to control granular settings using only your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum with mopping capabilities The Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile options. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with combo features that also include mops however it's priced at a lower cost than the majority of competitors.
Like most robovacs, the Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to start, including setting up an account with the manufacturer's app and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though, the robot can start mopping and vacuuming with ease.
It is important to note that mapping takes a while and it could take a few tries before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate view of your space. Additionally, object detection can be unpredictable; it was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles, but was stuck on a looser tassel and had to turn its back to release itself. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those looking for an all-in-one solution for cleaning.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its innovative mopping system uses an alternating motion that's similar to hand scrubbing. This means that floors are cleaned, not just cleaned. The vacuum stick that can be detached is a game changer that can reach areas where a robot vacuum cannot.
This model is essentially the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and other clever features. The RGBD sensor upgrade can learn your home's surroundings and provide dynamic obstacles avoidance. And the smart app lets you customize a variety of settings that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. best automatic vacuum and mop return to their charging base at the end of each task to clean their pads and empty the dust bins and put the debris in a self sealing bag. This helps keep the system clean and also stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for an additional charge during cleaning.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It comes with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard and carpet floors and a great obstacles-avoiding. It also has a unique mopping method which uses a rolling device that is continuously misting with water to capture dirt and then deposit it into the dirty water tank.
Its navigation system performed well. It stayed clear of the stairs and was able to navigate close to walls without falling. It was unable to handle fine debris and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating sound level is also high, so this model may not be as simple to set and forget as others.
As with most robotic vacuums and mop cleaners, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that can replenish its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes upkeep easy and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors on regular schedules. You can manage all of its functions through the Eufy app, which gives an easy overview and lots of configurability.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers that are available. It provides impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR mapping sensors can detect furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with decent precision. The app allows users to fine-tune the map coverage, set up no-go zones, and even alter the cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it. This can be a major problem with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode also impresses, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and apply upward pressure of up to 12N. The mopping system also includes intelligent carpet detection, which lifts these pads upward when they're close to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them.
The all-in-one docking station serves as a hands-free maintenance centre which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with water and detergent. The base station comes with an integrated dust processing system that compacts dust, allowing seven weeks of maintenance free operation.
6. S10
A few hundred dollars more than the S8, this robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office clean and can also take on the corners of my tiny apartment. It uses a laser mapping camera and laser to create a 3D map of your home so it knows what to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not Poop) unlike most vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self-emptying dustbin as well as a mop that's self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops miss. You can also adjust the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping that can distinguish between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you're looking to cut down on time, it can even avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. If you have a variety of flooring in your house and don't want to spend more money on a Roborock that has advanced mapping capabilities, this is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that can handle regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this robot is a great choice. It comes with a variety of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as customizable settings via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up knots in the rug and it drains its battery faster than other models we've test.
With a cost of less than $250 it's the Q5 Pro is a bargain-friendly powerhouse that packs serious suction and handy automation into a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests like the more expensive Roborock S8MaxV Ultra however it performed very well overall. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode' for light debris to the more powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to remove and reconnect its mop pads without getting your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used in smaller spaces. It's extremely quiet and speedy and does a great job of navigating tight spots. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than many of its competitors however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has good suction power and can be configured to take pictures of every object it chooses (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as "not located', so that they are not taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secured and are not tied to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't as good at mopping. It uses disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom and drags them across the floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
